Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. I currently ship within the United States. 

3. Original Artwork & Prints Original artwork and fine art prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in a protective tube depending on size. Please allow extra processing time for original pieces.

4. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will work with you to find a resolution. Stephanie Keller Art Studio is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
